Established in 1986
Owner, Craig Cummings, has an AAS degree in Construction Technology. Craig is hands on with each project and works closely
with his customers, employees, architects and designers to see the project through from beginning to finished stage as if it
were his own home. With a deep commitment to outstanding craftsmanship and detail, this company far exceeds others in the
industry for customer satisfaction.
Emerald Custom Homes LLC began in 1986 as strictly a sunroom company and has penetrated the Austin and South
Central Texas communities of remodeling, custom home building and renovations.
